Terms and Conditions

Delivery Times – Our standard project delivery time is 7 calendar days from when an instruction has been accepted by SeudoNet and payment has been made. Larger projects may require more than our standard delivery times, but we will notify you in advance should a project require longer than 7 days. Delivery times are met on a best efforts basis and events such as bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. The exception of this is for our Rapid Delivery Orders.

Brief – Before commissioning SeudoNet to conduct a project, we require our customers to submit a brief to us via email. This may be as little as 1 sentence, or as extensive as multiple pages of detail.

Amendments – SeudoNet offers as many amendments as our clients need to get the project they are looking for. We require our customers to submit any requested amendments within 7 days of receipt of their project or there will be an additional charge of £25 per hour. 

Payment Terms – For new customers, we require payments to be made before we start work on a job. We are able to offer payment terms to customers ordering bulk jobs, and customers who have built up a trading history with us.
